Energy is often a term to describe how we’re feeling, but in reality, it is you. It is all of you. So why not learn how to bend it at your will? It’s become my mission to harness my energy on a whole new level, and I’ve been called to share this with others. This is what I’ve learned.

We all have the ability to not only balance our energy but elevate our vibrational frequency simply yet powerfully. Our vibration is a reflection of our thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being, and when we raise it, we naturally attract positivity and abundance into our lives. It seems so simple.

So, why is it so hard? Unfortunately, hidden forces of the world, experiences, and energetic drains chip away at your core life force (our chi), and it’s up to you to take care of it, much like you would brush your teeth or comb your hair. But the good news is you can rebuild and reset any time you need—you just need the instructions to figure it out.

These transformative techniques will empower you to vibrate higher, manifest your dreams, and embrace the extraordinary energies that make up you.

But first, how’s your foundation of wellness?

The Pillars of Energetic Harmony

Before we understand how to move and bend our energy at our will, we first have to build a foundation of wellness. We all have the capacity to be in harmony, we just need to know how to access it. Here are the eight pillars of energetic balance and harmony:

 • Meditation: Practice mindfulness or focused meditation to clear the mind, enhance awareness, and connect with higher states of consciousness, promoting inner peace and vibrational uplift.
 • Breathwork: Utilize conscious breathing techniques to release stagnant energy, reduce stress, and increase vitality, fostering a deeper connection to your body and spirit.
 • Gratitude: Regularly express gratitude for what you have and who you are, shifting your focus to positivity and abundance, which naturally raises your energetic frequency.
 • Movement: Incorporate physical activities such as yoga, dance, or energetic workouts to energize the body, release tension, and boost overall vibrational levels through increased circulation and endorphin release.
 • Nature Connection: Spend time in nature, whether through walks, hiking, or gardening, to ground yourself and absorb the natural frequencies that uplift your energy.

Note: Don’t feel discouraged if you don’t have all these practices in play every day. This is an ebbing and flowing journey of this and that. Do what you can with what you have, and let it all unfold as it should.

3 Techniques to Elevate Your Energy Frequency

When was the last time you checked in with your energy? And I don’t mean how many cups of coffee you’ve had or if you’re tired mid-day. I mean your real energy—the core energy centers that live in your body (and beyond).

If you’re not checking in daily, you may be depleting without even knowing it. You can tap into your energy centers at any time, simply by drawing your awareness inward. Your intention alone will help you to see how you truly feel inside.

And, spoiler alert, these energy centers are attached to your emotions, your physical body, and your mental body. It’s all connected, which is why this is so important.

1. Connection Meditation
Energy is all about connection. Connecting to your true self and actually listening. This doesn’t need to take all day; just a quick check-in like you would text a friend. Hey, energy, how are you doing today?

This is done with a quick connection meditation. Don’t get bogged down by the word meditation—it doesn’t have to be a big deal or something you master. Just sit and chill with yourself. Take as much or as little time as you need. It doesn’t need to take hours to connect.

An energy connection meditation is just a practice that focuses on tuning in to and harnessing the subtle energies within and around you. You sit and cultivate awareness, allowing yourself to perceive your own energy field and the energetic dynamics of your environment.

This connection fosters a deeper understanding of how energy influences our emotions, thoughts, and overall well-being. By grounding ourselves, it can promote healing and enhance intuition. My tip is to try noise-canceling headphones and just listen to your breath. Try it out!

2. Energy Movement and Flow
This is by far my favorite one. Energy needs to flow; remember it can’t be created or destroyed. So, your mission is to be the channel in which it flows through. Seems easy, but there are many factors at play.

I love to do each of these different energy movements a few times to get myself going in the morning.

First, I stand and twist, letting my arms just flop at my sides breathing out when my arms hit the body. Then, I drop at the waist like a rag doll and pull the ground energy up, slowly rolling up, vertebrae by vertebrae, a few times. And, finally, I sweep my arms up vertically above my head and drop to my feet a few times while puffing out big air.

That’s it. Takes less than a few minutes.

3. Chakra Balancing
Each night I balance my chakras with intentional breath. I found that right before I fall asleep, it’s important to do a quick reset so I don’t bring that into my sleep or the next day. I do this in a few ways.

Sometimes I do an energy channeling breath, where I sweep the seven chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown) with the breath up and out. That’s just simply breathing into each chakra and pulling your intention and awareness with it.

Other times I may take a few deep breaths into each chakra and swirl my hands over each one, clockwise, while I breathe. I may say an affirmation for each chakra while I swirl, but I definitely listen to how each one feels. The important thing is to just check in with each and accept what you find.

Bend Your Energy At Your Will

Your energy is something you can work with, just like molding clay. You can learn to use it for you, not against you at any time. I’ve dedicated my life to helping people find their own light, and often that means understanding their own energy.

These methods can promote a holistic approach to health by working with the body’s energy systems to enhance well-being, reduce stress, and improve overall vitality. Make it yours.

]]>
No matter where you are on your journey, shadow work comes up. But with the help of Human Design—the road map to your life’s purpose—you can lessen the blow it has on you. Shadow work is no joke, and Human Design is spot on. Combining them, you learn to navigate and flow through the muddy waters just a bit better. Consider it your life raft through the shadow river.

So, let’s break down how the Human Design system, and how learning your energy type, authority, and strategy, can help you face the parts of you that need to be faced. You are the alchemist of your life, but you need the right tools, at the right time.

Let’s dig in.

Shadow Work Defined
Shadow work is just what it sounds like: facing the “shadows” of yourself that are holding you back, hindering you, or not allowing you to be your full authentic self. Essentially, they are the parts of you that may need addressing or healing. And you may be avoiding them; I know I did.

Simply put, your shadow is the hidden part(s) of you that you’ve pushed down—it could be unhealed wounds or patterns that become roadblocks to growth. Shadow work shines a light on those dark areas with courage, so you can come out the other side with the knowledge of pure self.

Human Design as a Shadow-Work Road Map
The good news is that your Human Design is a road map to—and through—your darkest shadows. Your next step (if you haven’t done so already) is getting your Human Design chart. You can obtain this at any free Human-Design generation website.

There are five energy types in Human Design, each with a specific authority, centers, and strategies to get through your life journey:

 • Your energy type: Manifestor, Manifesting Generator, Generator, Projector, and Reflector
 • Your authority (center): essentially your decision-making principle and where you make these decisions in your body (chakras)
 • Your strategy: what helps you cross the bridge between your inner authority and how you behave

Once you obtain this information, you are well on your way to understanding how to face your shadows.

Shadow Work for Your Energy Type
Let’s break down the shadow work for each energy type and showcase exactly what action steps to take with each.

Manifestor Shadow Work
Manifestors are just that—the idea people who kickstart the creativity train of life. What a beautiful energy type it is when in alignment. And just like most thinkers, you find the doing is the hard part in life.

You may have so many ideas and are always saying there’s never enough time. This is your roadblock, your shadow. Dealing with impatience or obstacles? There might be fear of not being in control of what you want or need to do. It’s time to process and express.

Design alignment: Manifestors need to move the ideas through and delegate to get things done. So, if you’re feeling impatient, focus on one thing at a time. Write all your ideas down and choose the one that lights you up fully and completely. Rally the troops and see who wants to get involved and make it happen.

Your team will help you see things through. Join groups, communities, classes, or workshops to get the ball rolling if you must. There are times you just can’t go it alone. Lean on those you trust to get it going.

Manifesting Generator Shadow Work
Manifesting Generators, you are the master of multitasking, and you do it well. Spinning all the plates is your thing, baby. Your superpower is your ability to get it done and make those sparks of inspiration come to life.

And when that happens, you get so many things going that you are frustrated when you’re interrupted and can’t finish them all. You want it, and you want it now. And so, slowing down and appreciating the ride is the only way to flow.

Design alignment: Slow down isn’t what you want to hear, but when you do, magic happens. Breathing through your feelings (into your heart chakra) on each project, you can find the best way to do it—and even find loopholes and efficiencies to get it done more easily than if you rush through it.

If you can learn to love the creation instead of the finish line, you will satisfy your energy type’s desires and fill your cup.

Generator Shadow Work
Ah, the busy bee. The doer. There is nothing our generators can’t do—until they burn out. Generators are the main energy type that experience burnout, feeling resentful, and if they aren’t doing the job they love, they are miserable.

Saying yes. That’s your shadow showing you where you’re agreeing out of obligation instead of true excitement. You overcommit and are scared to say no because you know you can add it to your plate. Does it light you up? If it’s not a HECK yes, then it’s a HECK no.

Design alignment: Before you say yes to the next commitment, ask yourself if it makes you feel genuinely lit up. Will this move you toward growth or toward an energy shortage? And ask yourself if you’re able to do it with ease and grace. Turn inward, breathe into the sacral chakra, and listen for your generator answers. Your gut is your lighthouse.

Projector Shadow Work
Projectors are a very special type. They are the lighthouses of our world—shining bright as a guiding light. You bring so much light to this world and are so needed. But when you are seeking recognition and not getting it, you will dim significantly.

Often you may feel overlooked, bitter, or like you have to do more to be “seen.” Those are signs your shadow needs balance, boundaries, and self-recognition. You don’t need to look elsewhere to find achievement; it lives inside you all the time.

Design alignment: When you get the invitation, and you will, listen to the intuition that is whispering to you. Listen and move toward it with humility. When you aren’t in it for the money, fame, or glory, your purpose lights up.

You will find sheer fulfillment when you see your guiding light shine brightly out there for others. You may not see how your light ripples out into the world, but it’s there. Every positive thing you say to yourself, you are aligning with your unique design.

Reflector Shadow Work
Reflectors are a rare, beautiful breed. Less than 1% of the world, they are the mirror of our true selves. You are constantly absorbing all the energy around you and are expected to show people what they need to see at all times. What a daunting job!

You may feel the world’s energy on your shoulders, and you may not be releasing that. Your shadow work might be learning how to protect your energy and distinguish what’s yours from what you’re absorbing from others.

Design alignment: Become good friends with the moon. Regardless of absorption, you will be waiting a moon cycle to make decisions. Release energy on a full moon and charge up your ideas on a new moon. Start a moon-cycle ritual practice for grounding and releasing.

Write out your decisions, burn them under the moonlight, and really let them go. Don’t let them build up inside you. Instead, send it all back to the moon, and watch your cup fill up.

Your Unique Shadow Design
There’s no instruction manual on shadow work, but with an understanding of what you do best, you can navigate it just a little easier. Each time you face your shadow self, you better yourself and raise the vibration for the collective. Don’t give up. It’s going to get messy, and dark—but out of the darkness comes your beautiful light.

How to Find and Release Hidden Beliefs https://www.tut.com/how-to-find-and-release-hidden-beliefs/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=how-to-find-and-release-hidden-beliefs Fri, 21 Jun 2024 15:00:00 +0000 https://www.tut.com/?p=14978 The post How to Find and Release Hidden Beliefs appeared first on TUT.

]]>
We are all raised with belief systems that we feel like we own and are even proud of. And then one day someone says something that makes you stop and question. Is what I know real? Where did I even learn this from?

Tiny, hidden belief systems live in your body. They’ve lived there for years. Some are very healthy, and some are not. They may not only be holding you back, but they may be creating suffering or pain, both emotionally and physically.

For instance, let’s take the belief system of productivity. If you’ve ever experienced “I don’t have time”or “I’m too busy for this” or “There are not enough hours in the day,” you may be experiencing a hidden belief that being busy makes you more worthy than when you’re relaxed and resting.

Therefore, you have guilt when you are not doing anything. And you work harder than you should, wearing you down.

Where Did This Belief Come From?
Our belief systems form when we are young. If we are exposed to healthy beliefs, we create a foundation that helps us grow. But if hidden beliefs sneak in, often through simply observing others’ behaviors, an unhealthy foundation begins to form.

We don’t even realize hidden beliefs are there (duh, because they’re hiding), and we still base decisions on them, simply because we always have. If we think it to be true, in our brains, it simply is. That seems pretty important to understand, evaluate, and possibly change.

How to Find Your Hidden Beliefs
So how do we find our hidden belies? And how many are there? Don’t get overwhelmed, it’s all a part of the process to find them. Think of it like a little adventure into your soul, setting off to find the real parts of you that may be tucked away, waiting to be found. When you find them, you upgrade to the best version of yourself.

The key to finding your belief system is to learn how it feels in your body—your map.

Here is your map to finding those hidden beliefs:

 1. Conduct a sway test. To prepare, stand before a mirror and ask yourself if you have a hidden belief. Perform the “sway” test, rocking forward for yes or backward for no. Your body will provide answers if you are hydrated and honest with yourself. (Yes, water matters.)
 2. Breathe and connect to your higher self. While lying still, breathe controlled breaths into the belly: in through the nose, out through the mouth. Count backward from 100 with closed eyes, turned upward. When you get to zero, simply state that you are your highest and best self and see what comes up for you.
 3. Enlist visualization. Visualize yourself as a child, including the people around you, at the first age that comes up for you. Visualize their energy with yours, perhaps the lessons you learned from them. Stay here as long as you’d like.
 4. Assess the belief. When words come up from this visualization, these may be part of your belief systems, so hold on to the word in your heart and breathe, and see how it feels in the body. Feel how the person, experience, or energy of that belief lives in your body, and simply put it into two categories: good or bad.
 5. Reflect and release. If it’s a good feeling, send out love and light and end your session with gratitude. If it is a bad feeling, visualize yourself cutting a chord to this person, experience, or energy right from your heart center and breath. Imagine an easy, beautiful, slow falling away of both energies, and you are free from this belief.
 6. Integrate gratitude. Stay here as long as you like and breathe into this feeling of freedom. Believe what you feel is best for you, and end the session with gratitude for this feeling.

Testing Your Belief System
There are several ways to test your body and intuition about hidden belief systems. Remember, the clearer and healthier you are, the better. If you go into this process with muddled emotions, unhealthy choices, and stress, you may bring up confusing results. Be sure to clear your mind and heart before testing any beliefs about yourself.

One method mentioned previously is a sway test. The sway test is not guaranteed; it’s based on your natural innate sense to vibrate with your own energy and choices and will help you connect better when you use it with intention. Often, we rush into things, and we don’t take the time to center first and be intentional and conscious with our choices. Try to be intentional with this.

You can also use the “muscle testing” technique, which requires two people. Simply stand with your arm outstretched and ask a question. The other person pushes down on your arm to determine yes or no. A yes is a strong firm hold, and a no is when the arm falls slightly. This is a gentle push, without much resistance on both ends.

These tests will help you get the answers, but it’s up to you to release the beliefs.

How to Release Hidden Beliefs for Good
When we remove the old, we make space for the new—our own beautiful belief system that makes up our true essence. It is our being. Releasing hidden beliefs for good is just like anything else in life—it takes practice. When we practice our new beliefs, we align with our highest self.

I know it’s not what you wanted to hear (trust me, I didn’t either), but it’s a big part of change and growth. Releasing hidden beliefs intentionally, with every new decision aligning with our new belief, and leads to flow instead of resistance. When you feel the flow, you know you are fully aligned with your new belief system.

Tune in to the body, listen for the signs, feel for resistance, and allow that flow—and it just becomes part of your existence. Just like anything new, it feels a bit like swimming upstream, then one day you find your stride, and the rest just… flows.

Here are three tips for releasing hidden beliefs:

 1. You are organic. As you change, so may your beliefs. Do a quarterly assessment of where you are in your life, what your feelings are on things, and where you want to go with them.
 2. Integrate your new beliefs. Start by taking three intentional breaths before big decisions and asking your gut (and your guides!) for help when needed. (You are not alone, you are fully supported at all times.)
 3. Hone your intuition. Be sure to listen to the little whisper that is calling. If it is ruminating around stress, it must go. If it is whispering with love, it is here to help. Developing your intuition is your strongest superpower.

The beautiful thing about aligning with your beliefs (once you are aware of them), is that it draws other people to that vibrational frequency with you, bringing you joy, and, best of all, harmony.

Beliefs are here to help you, not stay hidden. Find them, honor them, or let them go. And watch yourself thrive because nothing is standing in your way. What a beautiful ride it will be.

A Meditation: Using the 4 Elements to Find Connection https://www.tut.com/a-meditation-using-the-4-elements-to-find-connection/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=a-meditation-using-the-4-elements-to-find-connection Fri, 05 Apr 2024 16:00:00 +0000 https://www.tut.com/?p=14591 The post A Meditation: Using the 4 Elements to Find Connection appeared first on TUT.

]]>
Welcome to your elemental connection meditation. It’s time to tap into the four elements around us to find the connection within us.

Get yourself comfortable, lie down, and support your neck and your back, opening space for your belly. Today, we will be breathing into the belly, palms up—open to receive. As you breathe, I encourage you to let anything that comes up come. And then let it go.

Throughout this meditation, we will be doing deep somatic breathing, breath of fire (which are just shorter breaths to stimulate the immune system), and grounding breath holds.

Close your eyes and drop into your body. Set the intention of connecting yourself with earth, air, fire, and water.

Deep breath in, finding your space. Breathe all the way out. Deep breath in, connecting to yourself. Let it all out. And one more deep breath in—holding it at the top for just a moment and releasing it all the way out.

Take a moment to feel where you are seated or lying down. Feel the support beneath you, the ground, the fabric, the earth, or the floor—just feel it holding you. You are safe here.

Focus now on your Earth Star Chakra located at your feet. It’s responsible for connecting us to earth’s energy field. It is brown, like the earth, and represents earth’s energy and stability. This chakra represents your grounded, inner peace and connection to Mother Gaia.

For a moment, just send your intention to this area and imagine a connection of energy from you to the earth. Imagine roots flowing from your Earth Star Chakra right down into the earth, into its core, holding strong and vibrating off the earth’s energy—the earth’s heartbeat.

Breathe into this feeling. Ground yourself. Connect.

Feel the air around you as you breathe. Feel the air as it moves in and out of your lungs. Set your intention on connection with air for just a moment. Is it cool? Is it warm? Is it flowing?

Focus on regulating your breath, slow down. Breathe with intention and feel the air. Welcome the air. With every breath, you are cleansing, clearing, and inviting new energy in.

This air is beautiful and clear like a blue sky. Hold on to that feeling of fresh laundry in the wind, warm cookies in the oven, and the smell of memories. Just lean into the air around you and sit with it. It is a part of your energy field.

Breathe into this feeling. Be light like air.

And now, we are ready to ignite! Let’s burn what is no longer serving us, together.

Imagine you are standing in front of a bountiful fire. You are barefoot in the woods, alone with yourself. You are wild and carefree. You stand in front of this fire with a beautiful glow, a light of protective energy. Your feet are rooted to the earth, connecting to Mother Gaia.

You pull every answer to those questions, every piece of emotion, every feeling that has been sitting with you for years—and you throw it into the fire. Your eyes blaze as you watch them burn, feeling the weight being lifted off you. Each time you throw another emotion into the fire, you feel more and more free.

Let’s begin the breath of fire. Short exhales out of the belly. Don’t worry about the inhale, just breathe out, and don’t worry about the rhythm. You are the flame. You are the fire. Just breathe like this for a while.

Congratulations, you just walked through fire! Breathe into this feeling. Be like fire—powerful, fierce, unstoppable.

Now we breathe into the beauty and fluidity of water.

I was once told our breath is like the waves of the ocean and if you listen as you breathe, you will hear the healing powers of the sea. Tune in to the breath now, imagine the ocean in your mind’s eye, and center yourself—breathing deeply. Breathe in, waves come up, breathe out, waves go out.

Let’s be like waves, breathing and flowing with what is. Breathe into this feeling. Be like water.

One last grounding, deep breath in and congratulate yourself. You have just made space using the four elements. Your intuition is strong now and you should have some clarity. Journal it out. Thank you for investing in your health. Remember, we are all in this together; when you heal yourself, you heal the collective.

]]>
Whether you’re learning or strengthening your intuitive side, you have four very big tools in your intuition development toolbox that are absolutely free and accessible to you at any time: earth, fire, air, and water.

When we’re developing our intuition, we are connecting to nature in every way, because we are nature, we are made from nature, and we encompass natural beings.

Nature is intuitive in every single way. It is growing, evolving, thriving, and rebirthing every day and every month for every year of all time. It is much like us without the constant stimulation, trauma, and stress that goes with being a human being.

When we connect to nature, we are tapping into our roots—our core. And, just like when a plant hits the sun and receives the rain, that connection brings growth.

So, how do we do this? How do we incorporate all of the elements into our intuition practice? Here’s a hint: let nature lead the way. It’s quite simple and all it takes is a little help from the world around you.

Here are a few ways you can incorporate all four elements into your intuition development practice.

Earth: Grounding Our Energy
Grounding, or Earthing, is the concept of planting your bare feet or skin in the ground and drawing from the energy and frequency of Mother Earth.

There are many studies that have explained the benefits of Earthing—such as reduced inflammation, lower blood pressure, lower stress, and mood enhancement. The results are in: grounding is now mandatory for your mental health.

If in any way you can get outside—go. This will help you open your intuitive senses. When we take the time to connect with the earth’s vibration, we are going back to where we are supposed to be and that connection speaks to our intuition directly. It is safe to come out and make decisions. We are not in fight or flight mode; we are relaxed and ready.

This could mean walking barefoot in the grass outside, going for a walk on the beach, sitting against a tree, or soaking in the sun.

A few other ways you can incorporate Mother Nature in your intuition development:

 • Plant a small garden—get your hands in the soil and nurture plants or food. Water those plants with loving intentions.
 • Eat herbs and spices and foods from the earth, thanking them for their nourishment.
 • Schedule a camping trip where you can get around trails and hike nature.

In general, these are all great ways to connect to Mother Earth.

Inside for work? You can also use grounding mats, sheets, or grounding pads to ward off EMF or bad radiation from your home.

Fire: Releasing It All
Fire is a fun one! When we are ready to release emotions, a great ritual to conduct is a burning ceremony. If you have a list of things you’d like to release, let go of, or expand into a new space, you can create a moon-cycle-related release.

It’s simply a burning session where you let it all go with fire. This includes a safe space to read your intentions out loud, light them on fire, watch them burn, and make peace with the ashes.

Light a candle and stare at the flame while you meditate on your intuitive abilities. Take the time to stare right at the fire and allow the organic movement of the flame to move you and show you what you need to see.

You can also:

 • Cook over a real, outdoor fire!
 • Create a campfire-like space where you can have meaningful conversations around the fire pit and set new intentions with your loved ones.
 • And, of course, you can always smudge or sage your home and let the smoke clear the air.

Air: Drawing into Self
There are several different ways you can open the air element to recharge your intuitive abilities:

 • You can go outside and conduct a breathwork session. Breathe fresh air into your lungs and feel the way it feels on your skin, in your hair, and on your face.
 • You can put a wind chime up outside your home and listen as the air flows through the musical instrument and opens the frequencies to your body.
 • You can also whistle or hum—move the air around you!
 • You can move and swing your arms and legs, just moving simple particles of the air and watching how your vibrations change is very powerful.
 • Swinging, swaying, or dancing in the breeze is a great activity for using the air element.

Any time you can move the air around you, do it!

Water: Flowing with Source
And last, but not least, we have water—a very important element in the intuitive journey. Water is life. Water is Source. Water is everything. It’s what we are made from and made of and we cannot live without it. So, in that case, water is a healing element and can be used in many different ways for your development.

 • Taking a sacred bath is one way you can incorporate water. Light a candle, set a safe space, smudge the area, and soak in your favorite Epsom salts or essential oils. It can be very cathartic and opening for both your physical body and intuitive mind.
 • Drinking pure, quality filtered water is important in the intuitive journey as well. You need to feed your body quality water because we drink so much of it. Take the time to test your water (with an at-home kit is fine!) and be sure it is quality. If not, a water filter may be in your future.
 • And, of course, get to water. If you can get to a big body of water—a lake, the sea, or even a pool—it will help you in every way possible. When you’re around water, your sympathetic nervous system simply slows down and relaxes, and you’re able to have more clarity on your situation.

All the elements are crucial in our journey, so take the time to implement earth, air, fire, and water in your daily life. See what happens, and of course, journal it out. Good luck on your elemental journey! Your intuition will thank you.

How to Use Gold to Amplify Your Manifestations https://www.tut.com/how-to-use-gold-to-amplify-your-manifestations/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=how-to-use-gold-to-amplify-your-manifestations Tue, 17 Oct 2023 15:00:00 +0000 https://www.tut.com/?p=13394 The post How to Use Gold to Amplify Your Manifestations appeared first on TUT.

Manifestation is easy, right? Actually, not really. It involves many layers that need to be in place in order to actually get what we want. But what if I told you that you’re missing a very important element that could skyrocket your manifestations?

I found the golden ticket.

During a TUT webinar many moons ago, I heard Mike say that gold was a powerful attractive element that can be used in your manifestations. That was all it took for me, because I was already manifesting like crazy and only seeing half the results I wanted to see.

Gold. One simple element that can amplify your manifestations? How? You’re about to find out.

The Power of Gold

First, I had to figure out—why gold? When you think of gold, what comes up? Expensive jewelry, maybe a trophy, or perhaps a king’s crown? Yes, because gold is the element of wealth, power, and success.

Gold is everything that you think it would be when it comes to attraction. It’s bright, it’s shiny, everyone wants it. Gold is the way of kings and queens in the olden days; it represents all the wealth in the world.

It’s also the element of the Earth that’s most valuable—invest in gold, they say, and it will never falter. Gold is also the most soluble element—melt it down and re-create it into anything you want. Sound like a solid (gold) manifestation?

Now it’s time to figure out how to incorporate more golden opportunities in your life.

Dripping in Gold

You don’t have to be wealthy to add gold to your manifestations—trust me. You can simply envision gold with the power of your mind. We all know that thoughts and words are wands. So why not try adding a little gold flake to those thoughts?

Here are a few ways you can add gold to your manifestations:

 • Health meditation: Envision your entire body being dipped in gold, filling you up from the outside in. Every cell is infused with golden healing powers and you are now solid and strong, shiny and new.
 • Wealth meditation: Envision gold pouring out of your pockets, your wallet, and your purse. Gold is piling up in your drawers, your cupboards, and your closet. Winning golden tickets keep showing up at your doorstep. And you have just received a golden check of $1,000,000.
 • Relationship meditation: Envision your heart as filled with gold and shining out to this person, empowering you both with golden light. Gold threads are connecting you both and the healing powers of gold are creating strong, loving bonds.
 • Future meditation: Envision your calendar filled with golden opportunities, each day circled in a gold pen, with gold stars on it, bringing in fruitful opportunities.

Gold as a Lifestyle

As you get into the golden groove, you’ll find that it infiltrates your life, just a bit. You’ll want to sport some gold earrings or a gold scarf. You might even get some gold shoes or a golden sparkly shirt. Gold seems to find its way to you because you have it on your mind. Wearing it on you is extra attractive for the Universe!

If you don’t want to spend too much money on this, here are a few ways you can add golden sparkle to your life:

 • Grab some gold spray paint or wood paint. Literally, anything can become gold.
 • Get a resale or thrift item—a frame, keychain, trinket, or accessory—and gold it up.
 • Go out in nature and find things that are gold and preserve them—leaves, flowers, even twigs (gold paint works here, too!)
 • Gold glitter is less than one dollar, can be applied to just about anything, and can make just about anyone happy.
 • Paint a coin gold and carry it in your wallet.
 • Find a gold ribbon and tie it around your manifestation affirmations journal.
 • Apply gold stickers to EVERYTHING.

Gold on the Go

Gold is not just for your home or your meditations. One of the most important ways that I incorporate gold is to take it with me wherever I go. I never leave home without my gold-dipped feather pen, a homemade gold keychain, and my gold toe ring.

 • Have a business opportunity? Frame your business cards in gold!
 • Want to leave a note? Use gold sticky notes.
 • Want to write your manifestations out at the coffee shop? Use a gold pen.

You get it. When you’re out in the world, take the gold with you to magnify it’s power (and see who it attracts!).

Your Golden Ticket

When you’re in the right mindset, have acted like it’s already yours, and have a sprinkle of gold, your manifestations are sure to be a success. You, too, have the power to manifest the life you deserve, with the power of gold.

Now, go goldify your life!
