At certain times in your life journey, you may intuitively feel that a new idea or a new way is calling to you. Yet, you aren’t quite sure how to grasp it.

You may feel stuck in the “same-old, same-old” routine, or changes occur where you seem to be more reactive than proactive; external influences over which you feel you don’t have much control often make the decisions for you.

Or when the easiest way is to do what you have become used to: “Yes, I can help you with that; I have the time.” Or that any spare capacity becomes immediately absorbed by the next “thing” just rolling in, leaving no time for beneficial changes to take place.

However, here at Qiki Gong we have discovered a way to help—“thank goodness” we hear you say. We have termed this your “Almost-Vacuum to Life-Shift.” In this article you will see how it has guided us and could potentially guide you too.

Why an Almost-Vacuum?

Apparently, a perfect vacuum isn’t possible because quantum theory dictates that energy fluctuations known as virtual particles are constantly popping in and out of existence, even in empty space. One theory indicates maybe our universe was created by these “things” popping in and staying.

A New Term, A New Way to Feel, to Try…

When required, you will instinctively know. Visualize a place in your mind, in your Being which is totally empty—this is your almost-vacuum (A-V). Being an A-V means it cannot be influenced or pressured by internal or external things—as there is nothing to affect or be affected. A beautiful place.

Slowly feel virtual particles bouncing in and out of existence (in non-linear time), meeting with your intuition, your lighter/higher self, your sub and superconscious. They may suddenly bring you a new idea, a new way—which will be extremely powerful and beneficial for your emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.

Your life will have shifted—even if just a fraction. Hence we call this a life-shift

The beauty is that Believing and Trusting is all that is required to provide the energy to turn the virtual particles (quanta) into vibrations which rapidly expand and absorb into your very Being.

As if from nowhere, you feel embraced by different ideas and ways which can bring newness to enhance life, to refresh and empower. All without the need for contemplation, meditation, or even focus. You are just giving this awesome A-V the tiny room it needs. What occurs will be for your greater good.

This is the power of you and your almost-vacuum.

To give you a real-life experience, we briefly summarize the birth and expansion of Qiki Gong from an A-V.

In late 2019, we boldly entered a joint A-V, which brought us the idea to offer our first article to a magazine. This was published—wow! We still remember the phone call when Ruthie told Alan. This gave us such a boost of confidence; ok, not world shattering, yet it was the first whoosh of Qiki quanta exploding into existence.

In early 2020, we had to stop more than 15 years of helping people face-to-face, so, yes, we popped into another A-V, which reinforced that we didn’t need to go online, which everybody seemed to be doing; we could be different.

We made two Qiki Gong masterclasses; Ruthie learning how to turn them into movies. We took photos in Nature every day through those restricted times, shared them with each other for fun, then another A-V with the idea of creating positive affirmations and producing two beautiful books.

Now we have an elegant website and more than 50 inspirational Qiki movies on YouTube, even though neither of us had ever uploaded anything on there before. We also have more than 30 published articles in two international magazines and here on TUT.com. Such a massively In-Joy-able time for us, and we have been told how our ideas help others. Our Universe had expanded exponentially.

In late 2024, feeling a bit “stale,” we jumped into a passing A-V. Another bold way came—to stop writing as many articles. Giving us another Qiki-shift, a new Qiki dimension, and, consequently, as we explore other possibilities, we are adding to our portfolio with guided visualizations.

The essence of our first visualization comes from Alan, who had never written anything like this before, enhanced by Ruthie, who also enchantingly guides you through “A Beautiful Journey of Discovery,” which we hope you will Be In-Joy listening to on our YouTube channel.

May Your Journey Continue with Glorious Life-Shifts

When you feel an inkling or vibration that change is in the air, simply remind yourself that your almost-vacuum exists; then, as if by magic, an idea can come. That is all it takes—oh, and maybe a little Trust.

We hope this article inspires you to find your almost-vacuum and helps you to feel refreshed, renewed, and enhances your life.

We have a question for you: When did you last play with your energies? Just to feel them, have fun with them, and Be In-Joy with them?

When we are In-Joy we feel good, we enrich the energy in and around us, with and for anything, everything, and everyone. It brings peace, harmony, and vibrancy.

Being flexible in mind, body, and spirit refreshes and renews. At any time, in any place, in any way, we can bring ourselves to Be In-Joy.

In this fascinating universe, we spend a great deal of time working with our energies to help and heal others, and it is crucial to remember to return regularly to the duty of self-care, making sure our energetic pathways remain open and vibrant.

Allowing ourselves to play in this way benefits us, those around us, and those we help, support and love by unblocking / releasing any rigidity from the natural energetic flow, taking us up into ever more refined feelings of peace, calm, and Being In-Joy.

To play along, you can make a Qiki foam stick from, for example, a swimming noodle cut to 10-inch (25-cm) pieces. Find a place you feel comfortable and Be free to play.

Start with waking up your energies, your QiKi. Stand or sit with your feet about shoulder width apart, flexed knees, and have a bounce, have a shake, rattle and roll, moving your QiKi.

Then play with your Qiki foam stick. Be calm, be gentle, be wild. Imagine you are playing a musical instrument or waving a flag or sword fighting. Simply have fun and remember to smile.

When you are finished, shake your energies again, smile, and release to the Earth. Give a small bow of gratitude to the Universe, thumbs up and applause, as a “well done” to yourself and all that is around you.

Be In-Joy.

If you would like to play along with us, find our In-Joy-able movie “Be In-Joy—with your Qiki foam sticks” on our Youtube channel.

The ancient Greeks believed that the Earth was composed of earth, air, fire, water and that the heavens, stars, and planets were made of a less tangible substance known as ether or quintessence.

Hence, ethereal refers to regions beyond the Earth and anything that seems to originate from there. In the Middle Ages, people called this by its Latin name quinta essential, literally, “fifth essence.” Quintessence.

Ethereal Me is a beautiful, exquisitely delicate part of your eternal Being. You connect with it by suspending your judgements, prejudices, and logical thought, as it’s a place where you are free to open your mind, spirit, and soul.

You feel your vibrations lighten, your Be-ing grow gentle, your Way become softer. To practice manifesting it we suggest: imagine it, believe in it, believe what it is telling and showing youas all things start with your beautiful imagination.

That is exactly how this article came about: Alan had this flash of an idea of us playing Qiki-feelmoves on the top of a hill with just the sky and grass and dressed in white floaty clothes.

For the location, we went to a monument high on a hill where we immediately knew we had found the perfect place, exactly the one in Alan’s initial imagination. It had all been manifested and become real.

The following is in the first person so nothing comes between you and your Ethereal Way:

I am energy, atoms. I am vibrations. I am Ethereal—a knowing that is my true essence. A way which exudes serene beauty, elegance, purity. Where my spirit lives when I let it run free.

To guide me, I enter the realm of my superconscious where true creativity resides, of pure wisdom involving intuition before reason and emotions. Away from my here and now, away from my conscious and subconscious.

To a level of heightened awareness that sees beyond material reality to that which makes water soft yet powerful; air into wind, a breeze; the Universes sing. The subquantum of my mind, body and emotions merge with the subquantum of All.

Be-ing Ethereally Qiki starts with a glorious feeling of quiet, calm, and content, which slowly manifests into a movement—very slight, turning into a larger movement or sometimes disappearing altogether.

Floating Surrounded by the Tiniest Ebbing and Flowing Ethereal Vibrations: In time my arms open to float, to fly, every fiber rises and falls. Gently scooping the softest ethereal vibrations ever felt up through my layers of Be-ing. Spreading and opening with a glorious feeling of offering to the Universe. As my energies draw down, the ethereal ebb and flow continues until it settles.

Playing Ethereal Beautiful Waves of Music: The music, real or imagined, passes from side to side, constantly moving. Play for eternity, or longer or less.

Ethereal Feathers Abound: Softer than the softest silk, wispier than the wispiest cloud. They drift up on the vibrational thermals, floating as they descend in perfect harmony—turning, rotating. A gentle whoosh of the thermal vibrations takes them up and up again… to drift slowly down. They settle and rest.

Spiraling Galaxies: Feeling the rotational vibration throughout and within, a deep, rhythm of life. The small to the galactically large and beyond. Swirling within and with the Ethereal ether. In slowness, spirals encased in spirals, never ending, no beginning, every direction. Eventually settle (still with spirals).

The Curve of Phi: Curves of wonder, of delight, of delicateness, of fun. Curving from my ethereal being, up, across, out, flowing elegance, down, in, around—on a continuum. Ethereal beauty.

Time Stands Still: There is no time. All just is. The slow flow outwards from one side, then draws back, passing through and out the other side—up gently, down even more so, as an Ethereal pendulum, yet counting no time.

Suspended in Ethereal Vibrations: Float—simply float. Arms open feeling the energy envelop, everything relaxes. Superconscious takes over totally.

Absorb Pureness: Take time, Ethereal time. There is no rush, ever. Feel, imagine, listen, then listen again. Mind, body, arms, soul, spirit open. Absorb and release. Absorb and release.

Find this Qiki movie, “Ethereal Me,” on our YouTube channel—with our love.

We think our thoughts are somehow in control of us, yet we are in control of each and every one of our thoughts.

We, no doubt like you, have experienced heavy energy events and emotions in our lives and imagined future events (what ifs) that required help from energy healing specialists and health professionals alike.

In this article, we offer a Qiki* way that we have been using to great effect. We only use this approach for recurring emotions and feelings, even when we feel we have fully addressed them. New ones, which seriously affect us, may require professional guidance to move forward, as they are not to be blocked, rather addressed and resolved.

There is an innate part of us pre-programmed to think “negative” thoughts as part of our natural survival instincts. This is our reptilian brain, which was perfect for when we had to constantly be aware of every sound or movement being a potential threat from which we may have needed to run or to fight.

However, our thoughts can easily get out of hand with ripples upon ripples (upon ripples) of negative thoughts. Somehow, however hard we have tried with previous techniques (including acceptance, forgiveness, letting it go, writing and burning), the issue/concern/anxiety/memory could come back unexpectedly and affect us—briefly, yet hard and fast.

Often in the night it seems that 300 thoughts and worries constantly flash through our mind. When we look at them again in the light of day, those 300 may really only be 2 or 3, and perhaps not as significant as we had imagined, or we recognize how tiny the issue is.

When this happens, we now say “STOP.” We are quite simply telling our brain to stop thinking about it. This may have to be repeated a few times in a row. What we found is that being bold with yourself really does stop you thinking those heavy energy thoughts just for an instant and that instant is enough to start to change your thoughts and feelings.

You see and feel a different direction. Over time your brain gets trained that this feeling/thought/memory is less significant in how it affects you. It may not fully disappear, but it is substantially reduced and neutralized. STOP is the word to catch your thoughts before they take more of a hold.

However, sometimes it isn’t enough to just say STOP on its own. We feel the need to add a positive affirmation. For example, in the night Ruthie says “STOP—not now; now is not the time. Now is the time to rest and sleep.” Alan uses actions, he chops his hand downwards as he says STOP then focuses on looking at a lovely tree (real or imaginary).

Talking to our thoughts in this way is like a loving parent talking to a small and rather willful child. The child will often persist, and the parent needs to keep being calm, firm, and compassionate, just as we need to be with our thoughts.

We are sure you will find your own way to use the word with your own action and/or positive affirmation.

Play with STOP. Give it a try; it can’t do you any harm, and it could do you lots of good.

Many of us are sensitive and even hypersensitive to other people’s energies, both positive and negative. As we are energy workers, we know that clients generally come to us with issues, and we ground and center ourselves before and after treatments.

However, for us and indeed, for all of us, when it is a general everyday situation of stress/negativity, we may not be as prepared and can quickly feel overwhelmed and drained, almost as if we are under attack. There are a variety of strategies used to deal with this, and here we offer another suggestion, using the power of your imagination, intention, and Qiki Gong.*

We humans are made of trillions of very clever eukaryotic cells, which contain a special outer lining known as the plasma membrane. This membrane serves to separate and protect a cell from its surrounding environment, allowing things to enter and exit.

The cell has to constantly decide what to take in, what to keep out, and what to discard—what is good for it and what is harmful. This is the cell’s amazing protective-selective bubble. Is it any surprise, then, that at the macro level we, as human beings, could also benefit from a protective bubble?

The “Protection Motivation Theory” explains how you cope with and make decisions in times of harmful or stressful events:

First, the Threat Appraisal deals with how threatened you feel by the perceived threat. Second, the Coping Appraisal is your evaluation of the various factors that are likely to ensure that you engage in a response that is preventive, i.e. that protects you. This being how and what you decide to let in and out through your flexible, protective-selective bubble.

Ruthie developed this Qiki-feelmove© when returning from holiday. Flights had been canceled due to bad weather and the small airport was crowded with passengers who were becoming upset and even aggressive, which seemed to be increasing moment by moment.

Not all energies were negative—there were helpful and cheerful people whose energies remained high and who were comfortable to be around. Just like the Eukaryotic cell, it was beneficial for her to let the latter in and keep the former out.

To keep the more negative energies to a minimum, she decided to visualize drawing a bubble of golden light surrounding her to keep her own vibrations high, as well as relaxing, making positive comments, and smiling. As she did so, she noticed most of the people around her began to chat about things other than the immediate situation.

This is an important reminder that we all have feelings, wherever we are, whatever situation we find ourselves in, and whatever psychological or physical condition we may have. It is what drives us as people. It is the key driver behind Qiki Gong, where we fully accept the responsibility of being able to change these feelings for our health and well-being.

In Qiki Gong we encourage using imagination, playing with new ideas and energies, everyone in their own way, in movement or in stillness. It’s one of the reasons we believe Qiki Gong is totally inclusive.

You can play along with our Vimeo movie titled “Calm with Qiki Protective-Selective Bubbles” to feel and benefit from this Qiki feelmove©. If out in a public place or in a stressful situation where you cannot perform the feelmove, you may choose to visualize this powerful move instead.

 • Settle (standing or sitting) with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Feel your Qiki energies between your hands. Gently rotate to one side, using one foot as a pivot if you are able, and turn your hands so one is palm down and the other palm up, holding the energies between your hands.
 • Gently raise the palm-down hand in an arc around your head to the other side, leaving the other arm gently extended, rotating back to a feet-parallel, forward-facing position as you do. You may see a color or you may choose your own favorite protective color beaming from your hands.
 • Slowly lower both hands, continuing the curve of the bubble down and together. Rest, then repeat to the other side. Finally settle again when you are ready.

You can choose to protect yourself from negativity and let positive/higher vibrations in and offer them out, just as your cells do every second of every day.

In continuing to raise our vibrations, we can all start to shift others’ vibrations too. It’s like a smile—it’s contagious, in the best way possible.

How to Find and Use Your Innate Inner Energy https://www.tut.com/how-to-find-and-use-your-innate-inner-energy/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=how-to-find-and-use-your-innate-inner-energy Wed, 03 Jan 2024 16:00:00 +0000 https://www.tut.com/?p=13891 The post How to Find and Use Your Innate Inner Energy appeared first on TUT.

]]>
Today we encourage you to introduce yourself to your “Inner-Be,” an innate feeling, a part of you that is always there and always has been. It is a feeling you can initiate anytime, anywhere. Your “place” of quiet, safety, contentment—where you are comfortable, protected, cozy. The power of your Inner-Be is immense so that whatever may be going on around you loses its power over you.

Re-Habit Yourself

When daily life—the mundane, the ordinary highs and lows—rolls along, we do not have the big kick to make it worthwhile to shift our Way of Be-ing. Many of us change our habits/ways only when we really have to—when something is thrust upon us: a major life event, trauma, a health scare, an illness. Even then it can take some time to effect changes in us and by us.

We are sure you know the phrase “You can take a horse to water but you can’t make it drink.” For us this draws a vivid picture of a horse Be-ing stubborn, determined, not moving however hard you pull and shove.

We do this to ourselves as well—standing too firm, thinking we know what is best for us instead of allowing ourselves to feel what is needed and allowing ourselves to let go, releasing unrequired feelings and energy back to the Universe where it is free to return to pure energy.

Wherever you are in your life tell yourself you need this: to find and play with your Inner-Be. Do it for you. Frankly, this can often be the hardest thing to get your head around—to do it for you. Change takes effort, an understanding of self, will power, and a knowing that how you are operating is not best serving you.

You can do it. You just need to Be-lieve.

Wow Wooeee Moments

Your Inner-Be drives how you feel about things, how you act, how you react, how you interact within yourself and then outwards to everything and everyone. It allows you to feel a new awareness and gives you new incentives.

There are those WOW WOOEEE moments, and there are sadder, more negative moments; then there is the huge chunk of life between.

It can be easy to get hung up on needing drama or even the elusive search for happiness—hence buying the latest whatever or wishing for something, believing that that is what brings happiness. These are artificial and ultimately lead nowhere but to a state of never-ending want.

Let’s return then to the huge chunk, the stuff of everyday life, which may not be that exciting, yet that’s exactly why we do our best to embrace the tiny moments, to Be In-Joy and Light-Hearted, making every ordinary moment extraordinary.

In this way, we embrace the amazing WOWs when they come along, providing us with wonderful forever memories, living all precious seconds to the fullest. And we get through the lows knowing they too will pass.

Ruthie finds her Inner-Be through the power and joy of music, listening and playing. This alongside QiKi Gong, enhances the way she settles, focuses, and helps others. Alan finds his by feeling, listening, and looking all around him and within different Dimensions to the beauty in All. Wherever he is, this brings him to his Inner-Be, calm quiet, gentle.

A Lovely, Quiet Way to Find Your Inner-Be

Comfortably sit, stand, or lie down. If you have sight feel free to close your eyes so that as little as possible of externals influence you; if the big external vibrations are too powerful the small inner ones get lost in the buzz.

 1. In your imagination, take yourself to your most glorious place. It can be somewhere you have been or somewhere of pure imagination
 2. Totally focus, yet feel like a child playing. Be there, smell, taste, touch, listen, experience it in its absolute glory

This is your Inner-Be; doesn’t it make you feel wonderful?

You have just given yourself incredibly powerful settle-seconds where you can emerge calm, content, and in harmony.

A gentleman at the end of one Qiki Gong session said “Beautiful…I imagined I was halfway up a mountain with my son; it was as we always used to be. We can’t do that anymore, yet this is as real—thank you for helping me.”

Now connect with your Inner-Be with some QiKi-feelmoves. The way you feel in any given second is there within you. A movement, action, or reaction you make then follows that feeling; they are intimately connected, so we have merged the terms to call them QiKi-feelmoves.

With all QiKi-feelmoves, do what you can with your body and what you feel comfortable doing. However, with your mind let it all happen—the power of your mind is immense.

Play along with this glorious Qiki movie, “How to Find and Use Your Innate Inner-Be,” on our YouTube channel. Wishing you all your best life, content in your Inner-Be.
